These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BT88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing BT88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
The personal, non-transferable account registered by a Player on the BT88 platform, used to access all gaming and financial services provided by BT88.
All laws, regulations, directives, and codes applicable to BT88's operations and to the Player's participation in online gaming activities, including any regulations promulgated under BT88's international gaming licence.
The total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus credits or promotional funds unless otherwise specified.
Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by BT88 to confirm Player identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
The total amount a Player must wager (across qualifying games and at qualifying contribution rates) before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Jurisdictions from which access to and use of the BT88 platform is prohibited, either by BT88's licence conditions or by the applicable laws of those territories.
To register and maintain an account on BT88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: BT88 takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and all funds returned after deduction of any bonuses utilised. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify BT88 immediately via our 24/7 live support channel. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players.
BT88 is required to conduct KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests and at other points during your account lifetime as determined by our compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and documentation evidencing your source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

BT88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Binance Coin (BNB). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
All funds deposited to your BT88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. All financial transactions on the BT88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion fees, where applicable for international payment methods, are the Player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, migration bonuses, and VIP tier rewards offered by BT88 are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the specific promotion alongside the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
BT88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:
Where BT88 determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, BT88 reserves the right to void bonus awards, void associated winnings, and close the account in question without prior notice.
Participation in BT88's six-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond) is subject to monthly turnover thresholds as published on the platform. VIP tier status, associated cashback rates, and tier-specific bonuses are reviewed monthly. BT88 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme structure with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on BT88 are subject to acceptance by BT88 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation of acceptance. BT88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any lawful reason, including where the bet is placed on an event that has already commenced without BT88's in-play offering being active.
BT88 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — and to correct such errors at any time. Where a bet is voided due to manifest error, all stakes will be refunded to the Player's account.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended, delayed, or closed at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. BT88's decision regarding live betting outcomes, including decisions regarding connectivity issues at the Player's end, is final.
All casino games available on BT88 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and arcade titles — utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live-streamed physical equipment audited by independent testing bodies. Published RTP values are accurate and reflect the theoretical return across extended play periods.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BT88 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in such conduct will face immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

The BT88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BT88. Unauthorised use of any BT88 trademark or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
BT88 collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with BT88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
BT88 is committed to protecting your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption. Personal data is never sold to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BT88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the BT88 platform, even if BT88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BT88's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
